TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We would like to thank you for giving us a chance to serve you and considering “DESTINATIONS Tour Packages” as your Travel Partner.

Dear, Guest, We are basically traveling and holiday organizers only, and We take utmost care in selecting all the ingredients for making your holiday a comfortable one. We guarantee that will left no stone unturned to provide you with the best of our services in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere at all times. We strive for complete satisfaction and endeavor to provide a safe and secure journey. We only select the airlines, trains, hotels, etc., but do not have any control over the running of them.

NOTE :

  • Early Check Inn Will Charge Extra and as per Room Availability.
  • Extra Sightseeing are on Extra Cost.
  • If there is a suddenly Change of Hotel Made by Guest during the Tour have to Pay Advanced Booked Hotel Full Payment / Cancellation Charges.
  • If the Guest’s travel starts Overnight and reaches the destination in the morning then you have to give few Hours to Driver for Rest.
  • Sightseeing will starts from 09:00 Am till 07:00 Pm.

Thus, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, personal harm, death, or damage to the person or property which may be caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any independent contractor and arising outside our normal selection and inspection process. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly– due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, Train Cancellation, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any untoward incidents.

Our Liabilities & Limitations: Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments/museums, Taxes, fuel cost, or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra. Destinations Tour Packages only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways &
contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them. All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule.
Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants, etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general
wellbeing.

Payments: For all the services contracted, certain advance payments should be made to hold the booking, on a confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or state upon arrival but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel holds the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left
for the commencement of the service. Apart from the above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels, or resorts bookings during the peak season full payment is required
to be sent in advance.

Mode of Payment: Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.
